Ho incontrato Paolo Barichella, food designer, per un’intervista-aperitivo stile Gorgelous. Abbiamo iniziato a fare progetti su un tovagliolo di carta. Se guardo indietro i progetti migliori che ho fatto sono sempre nati su tovaglioli di carta, di fronte a un bicchiere di vino rosso, segno che le idee hanno bisogno di carburante e di quello buono.

I met Paolo Barichella, food designer, for a glassofwine-interview, Gorgelous style. We started making plans on a paper towel. If I look back through my life the best projects I have done are always born on napkins, in front of a glass of red wine, a sign that ideas need fuel and a good one.
