Chiamatelo Lab, chiamatelo laboratorio, chiamatelo come vi pare. Atelier è un po’ più alla mano, ovvero qui ci si sporca le mani con idee, strategie e progetti inconsueti. Dove ci si vede e ognuno mette in campo il proprio talento intellettuale, artistico e creativo per tirare fuori sapori nuovi. E’ il posto che ci permette di sperimentare tutto quello che ci viene in mente, dove il food è solo la scusa per progetti artistici, comunicazione social e design, e dove la strategia è il sale che rende appetibile tutto quello che facciamo.
